Closed Practices... No one will be allowed to enter the gym unless you have a USA certified coaches card or be a member of Duran Wrestling. 

Thursday is Weight and Pay Day. So please bring your tournament fee to practice or you will not be allowed to weight inn and participate at that weekends tournament.
