Closed Practices... No one will be allowed to enter the gym unless you have a USA certified coaches card or be a member of Duran Wrestling. 

Thursday is Weight and Pay Day. So please bring your tournament fee to practice or you will not be allowed to weigh - in and participate at that weekends tournament.

Practices will remain closed to all parents.
